City Pot Hole Reporting

In an effort to be more civic minded, here's the city pot hole report process, I've done it once, it's pretty cool.

click "report an issue", 
click and hold down the red ! point 
and move it on the map to the location of the pothole
zoom in
address is filled in for you
click Next
you'll have to log in but can also report it anomalously if you'd like
once complete, you get the street map address image attached to your issue
